Hello, my name is Palu! I'm the Director of Business Development at Blackcart. Previous to that, I had a few of my own startups. When I entered the eCommerce world I was shocked (but not surprised) that even though women do the majority of spending per household, the majority of eCommerce brands were run by men (who knew men were so good at selling women bras?!). I'm super passionate about mentorship and helping women climb the career ladder. We created this group to connect all the amazing women in eCommerce and help create more female executives in eCommerce. Looking forward to connecting with you!

I've always been passionate about eCommerce (avid online shopper myself) and wanted to play a role in making it a more inclusive, diverse community.
